How does the content service work?

Why is there a setup fee?
For every new content client, there is a $200 account startup fee. This is for the time it takes to design and personalize a new branding toolbox, including your brand’s colors, fonts, style and other aesthetics. It also includes the 90-min, 1:1 Audit/Launch session with Kati to clarify your branding & marketing strategy.
How long must I commit to?
You are NEVER locked in! While we do recommend completing at least 3-6 cycles/months to experience the effects of consistency, you can end your service any month, by notifying in writing a week before the month’s end.
Do I need to provide photos?
HIGHLY recommended, yes - but not mandatory. We can create beautiful content from stock images BUT it is always better to include real photos that can tell a true story. Professional listing photos or other professional photos are great because they can be repurposed for many things, including Reels since they have very high resolution. If content is needed from you, it will be noted in the weekly content proposal for your review, and you can simply attach photos to your email response.
Do you only work with realtors?
Nope! In addition to Real Estate agents, our clients have also included lenders, photographers, builders as well as small business owners from other industries (fitness, wellness, nutrition etc)
How can I save money?
When you pay-in-full for 3 months at a time, you can save 5% on the total.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! I’d love to customize our service for you. If the MFY & DFY services don’t quite have what you want, please schedule a consult or contact me with your questions! (See page footer)
How involved do I need to be?
That’s entirely up to you! Our Done-For-You clients are mostly hands-off, other than reviewing content. I always encourage people to respond to respond to their own DMs and pop in to engage with their followers regularly, but if that’s not you, we can take care of it!
what platforms do you manage?
For our Done-For-You clients, we offer account management for Instagram (business), Facebook (business), and LinkedIn (business or personal)
What if I have a last minute listing or business event?
No problem! For already-approved content that just needs a day change, please email with 24 hours notice of the new date. To swap an approved post with a new post, please notify via email 48 hours ahead and we will adjust.
